How and Why We Memorize Scripture
“I have a bad memory! Memorizing Scripture is hard. Where do we start? Which verses should we memorize? Why should we even engage in this particular spiritual discipline? Do we have to?” We have all entertained one or more of these thoughts. Scripture memorization is a spiritual discipline that often gets pushed aside. But there are countless benefits to hiding God’s Word in our hearts and minds, and it is a discipline that is well worth our efforts. We offer tips and tricks to help you make it happen!
