The Daily Grace Podcast

The Daily Grace Podcast exists to encourage and equip women to seek God in His Word. Our goal is for women to know that deep Bible study, sound doctrine, and rich theology are not just for the seminary student or pastor, but are accessible and transformational for all believers. We want to invite women to join us in our conversation about our great God, and be encouraged to seek a deeper knowledge of God that leads them to live their lives for God glory as they grow in love and awe in response to who He is. The Daily Grace Podcast is a weekly podcast brought to you by The Daily Grace Co.

The Beauty of Daily Dependence

Tuesday Mar 03, 2020

Tuesday Mar 03, 2020

Our culture values independence and strength. We also find ourselves living out of our own strength so often. We know we should “depend on God”, but what does that look like practically? We have to remember that God is self-sufficient. He is dependent on nothing and no one. And truly, this is good news for us! In fact, He created us to be dependent on Him. There is beauty in daily dependence on God and His church!     Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions? Church hurt is real. It’s real pain and heartache. Why does it even happen? Though we love the local church, we also know that it is made up of redeemed sinners. This opens up the possibility for fellow believers to hurt one another. Sin is devastating! Jana White shares her personal story of church hurt, and she talks about the healing process. She offers encouragement to those who have experienced this type of pain and also offers thoughts on how the church can come alongside those who are hurting.     Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions? Praying Scripture

Tuesday Feb 18, 2020

Tuesday Feb 18, 2020

Prayer is how we experience intimacy with God, but many of us struggle to pray. We pray sporadically throughout the day, but our prayers lack depth. We feel like we don’t have the words; maybe we lack desire. What can we do? Praying Scripture is a beautiful way to deepen our prayer lives. It keeps our prayers from being self-centered; it helps us understand and apply Scripture. Though our prayers are personal, we aren’t confined to our own words. God invites us to pray His words back to Him!     Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions? A massive stroke at 26-years old. Their world turned upside down. One minute they thought they were headed toward a certain future: Jay would graduate law school in 3-weeks, and Katherine would continue her pursuit of acting/modeling while caring for their 6-month old son. The next minute, Katherine is in a risky surgery that required the removal of half of her cerebellum. Though their story is one of overwhelming loss, it’s also one of overwhelming love. It’s a story where the living hope of Christ anchors and heals. It’s a story of redemption.    Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions? Comparing Our Spiritual Gifts

Tuesday Feb 04, 2020

Tuesday Feb 04, 2020

Have you ever thought, “I wish I could teach the Bible like she does” or “Why didn’t God give me a voice like that to lead worship”? Unhealthy comparison can come up in many ways regarding our spiritual gifts and abilities. But did you know that spiritual gifts are sovereignly given by God to each believer for the good of the body? The diversity of gifts and abilities within the church is something that unites and strengthens the body! The Truth about Gossip

Tuesday Jan 28, 2020

Tuesday Jan 28, 2020

Gossip. We’ve all experienced it; we can all agree that it’s unkind. But do we really understand the ramifications of gossip? Gossiping is saying what you don’t need to say, whether or not it’s true. It is always harmful and never helpful. It is unloving. And the most important truth about gossip is this: gossip is sin. Yet, we justify gossip for many reasons. Maybe we call it “seeking counsel” or “asking for prayer”. Is it even possible to not gossip?    Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions? Being married to an unbelieving spouse is a reality of so many. It’s been Sheila’s reality for 26 years and counting. Today, she graciously answers the tough questions like, “Have you thought about leaving the marriage?” and “What does submission look like?” She points us to God’s Word, which speaks directly to this topic and shares how the local church can come alongside people in these situations. She also offers advice to anyone not yet married. Personal Goals and the Gospel

Tuesday Jan 14, 2020

Tuesday Jan 14, 2020

Resolutions and goals are popular, but are they self-promoting? Should Christians participate in goal-setting? There are pitfalls to setting personal goals, but we believe there are many dangers of NOT setting goals. Goals can help us use our time, talents, and resources to love God and others. Goals can help us be intentional. Goals can help us make the most of the time we have. Goals can help us meet our ultimate aim of glorifying God in everything we do!    Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions? Health and diet goals. How do you view and relate to food? The world has a lot to say on this topic! We are joined by Asheritah Ciuciu, and she reminds us that the gospel truly does impact every area of our lives: even the way we view and relate to food. She shares her personal battles with food and how the gospel does lead to true freedom. Because the truth is, the real issue may not be food but idolatry! In Christ, believers can experience true comfort and fulfillment, and in turn, rightfully enjoy the good gift of food.    Connect with us:  www.dailygracepodcast.com  www.thedailygraceco.com  https://www.facebook.com/thedailygraceco/  https://www.instagram.com/thedailygraceco/    Questions?
